Change of Mind
Not the right fit or style? We offer exchanges or store credit for change-of-mind returns.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate sets with briefs, makeup, beauty products or jewellery so please choose wisely.
Full priced items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a Store Credit (A postage fee will be deducted from your Store Credit). You can then use this credit to purchase your new item. Credit expires within 12 months, and can be used on any item online.
Conditions Of Return
Your makeup looks stunning on your face but it's not so nice on our clothes. So please take care when trying on your new garments for the first time.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned in its original, clean condition with tags attached: unworn, unwashed, free from perfume, make-up and fake tan. Otherwise, we wont be able to process your return and will unfortunately have to send it back to you.
Please note we do not hold items for exchange while your returned item is being sent back. To guarantee availability in your size while you return the incorrect item, we recommend placing a new order.
Unfortunately we do not offer a a free returns service postage must be covered to send the item back to us.
It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to insure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

Returns must be returned to the store within 14 days of purchase, any items returned after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted.
To return an item, we need to provide you with a Return Authorisation Number.
1. Complete the return form
2. Once your return has been accepted you will be notified via email with your Authorisation Number.
3. Return to Naked Art PTY LTD
4. Once your item has been returned and meets requirements we will issue your Gift Card via email and send you an email to let you know your return has been processed
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Our customer service team process returns daily as they arrive. However, due to transit delays and bank processing times, the speed of your refund may be affected. You should receive your refund within four weeks. (Many customers will receive their refund faster). Once we have processed your refund, you will be notified via email.
